Outlook and Google Calendar
Outlook and Google Calendar in one view
Work in Outlook, personal life in Google – and always two calendars open? Todowa shows both in one calendar. You move and edit events from both right there, create new ones where they belong and plan your tasks as time blocks in between.

Combine two calendars without syncing them
Syncing Outlook and Google usually means copying events from one calendar to the other – with duplicates, delays and the question of which calendar is right. Todowa takes another route: both calendars stay as they are, and Todowa shows them side by side in one view.
Every event stays in its calendar. Move an Outlook event in Todowa and it changes in Outlook; a Google event in Google. Nothing is duplicated and nothing drifts apart.
- Outlook (Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com) and Google Calendar in one week, day or month view
- Move, resize, edit and delete events from both
- Create new events in the calendar of your choice – Outlook or Google
- Calendars without write access (e.g. public holidays) are shown read-only
How to connect both calendars
In Todowa under Settings → Calendar:
- “Connect Google Calendar” – sign in with Google, allow access, pick calendars
- “Connect Outlook” – sign in with Microsoft (work or personal account), allow access, pick calendars
- Todowa’s calendar then shows the events from all chosen calendars
Create, move and change events – in one calendar
Select a time range in the calendar and switch the window to “Event”: you choose whether it goes to Outlook or Google. Drag events to another time or drag the edge to change the duration. A right-click opens a menu with Edit, Check off, “Create as task” and Delete.
Reminders for events from both calendars arrive as notifications on your phone, computer and watch.
Your tasks between the events
Todowa is task management with a calendar: tasks with a time appear as time blocks between your Outlook and Google events, tasks without a time are dragged into the week from the left. So you see whether the work actually fits next to the meetings.
Why we’re building Todowa
Your tasks belong to you – not to your tools.
Tasks are spread across many tools, and none of them sees the whole picture. We’re building Todowa as an AI-first to-do system that fits into the ones you already use: tasks show up in your Notion database, in Asana, in Todoist and in Google Calendar, and AI matches up what belongs together.
Our goal for TodowaWhat Todowa can’t do with Outlook and Google yet
So you know what you’re getting:
- Todowa doesn’t copy events from Outlook to Google or the other way round – it shows both. On your phone the events stay separate in their apps; in Todowa they’re together.
- Moving an event from Outlook to Google (or back) isn’t possible; only within one calendar.
- For recurring events, moving or editing changes only that one occurrence.
- Todowa can put your tasks into Google Calendar as events; Outlook doesn’t have that yet.
Frequently asked questions
Can I sync Outlook and Google Calendar?
Todowa doesn’t sync them with each other; it shows both in one calendar – with moving, editing and creating in both. That avoids duplicates and copying delays.
Does it work with Microsoft 365 and personal Outlook accounts?
Yes, with work and school accounts (Microsoft 365) and personal accounts (Outlook.com, Hotmail).
What happens when I move an event in Todowa?
It changes right away in its calendar – an Outlook event in Outlook, a Google event in Google.
Does it cost anything?
No, connecting both calendars is included in every plan.
What data does Todowa get?
The events of the calendars you choose – to show them and remind you, cached briefly. You can disconnect at any time under Settings → Calendar. Details are in the privacy policy.
