AI-first to-do system
A to-do app built for working with AI
We’re building Todowa as an AI-first to-do system. The idea is simple: an AI can only help you organize your work if it knows all your tasks – not just the ones in a single tool.

The problem: tasks live on islands
Every to-do system is built for itself: its own formats, its own calendar view, its own assistant. That makes each one strong on its own – and seeing across all of them hard.
For you, that means your tasks are spread across several systems, and none of them sees the whole picture. An assistant that only sees one tool only knows part of your work. And your calendar often knows nothing about any of it.
Our goal: an open task layer
Todowa is meant to be the place where all your tasks come together, without you having to give up any tool. That’s why Todowa fits into the systems you already use instead of replacing them: tasks show up in your Notion database, in Asana projects, in Todoist and, via Google Tasks, in Google Calendar.
The principle behind it: your tasks belong to you. You should be able to see and edit them in whatever tool suits you – and an AI should work from the complete picture.

What the AI already does today
The hardest part of bringing tasks together is figuring out which task in Notion belongs to which one in Asana and which one in Todoist. Titles differ, due dates are missing, some tasks exist twice.
In Todowa, an AI handles that matching – on the first sync and on an ongoing basis. It compares title, description, due date and project and links what belongs together instead of creating duplicates. Every decision is recorded in the sync log.
Every task also has “Enrich with AI”: the AI searches your earlier tasks, pulls in what helps – say, the practice’s phone number from your last dentist appointment – and suggests next steps. You choose how thorough it should be. In the comments you can ask it questions; it answers with the task as context.
Where we’re heading
A complete task layer makes more AI features possible: adding tasks in your own words, having your week suggested, reshuffling overdue tasks, drafting emails from a task, and connecting your own tools. That’s the plan for the next steps, not where things stand today.
Todowa keeps evolving. We’re open about what’s finished and what isn’t – and you can start for free, no credit card.

Why we’re building Todowa
Your tasks belong to you – not to your tools.
Tasks are spread across many tools, and none of them sees the whole picture. We’re building Todowa as an AI-first to-do system that fits into the ones you already use: tasks show up in your Notion database, in Asana, in Todoist and in Google Calendar, and AI matches up what belongs together.
Our goal for TodowaFrequently asked questions
Which AI does Todowa use?
By default, Claude by Anthropic – for matching tasks during sync and for the assistant inside tasks.
When are my tasks sent to the AI?
Only in two cases: when matching tasks during sync with connected tools, and when you trigger “Enrich with AI” or “Ask AI” in a task. The AI then receives that task, its comments and related earlier tasks.
Does the AI make things up?
It’s instructed to take specific details such as phone numbers only from your tasks and to cite the source. Mistakes are still possible; everything the AI adds is labeled “AI addition” and can be reverted with one click.
Can I use my own AI model?
Yes. In the settings you can add your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint with model and token. Your requests then go only there.
Can I try Todowa first?
Yes. Every new account starts on the free plan, no credit card. Need more? Add Todowa Pro anytime in your account.
