Content & SEO template

An AI content workflow with a team of AI agents

One prompt doesn’t make a good article. The “Content & SEO” template splits the work into the steps an editorial team takes: research, brief, draft, social posts, approval. Each step has its lane and its AI teammate – and in the end you decide.

The content workflow on one board

Add a topic as a task in “Topics”. Drag it to “Research” and it moves from lane to lane, with each agent writing its part into the task:

  • Research – Lena collects the key facts, figures and sources and summarises them briefly
  • Brief – Sina writes the content brief: main keyword, related terms, search intent, outline, meta title and description, internal links
  • Draft – Sina writes the article into the task description, following the brief
  • Social – Mo writes one post each for LinkedIn and Instagram and a newsletter teaser
  • Approval – no agent: you read, edit and decide
  • Published – a task arriving here is done

SEO with AI: what Sina does – and doesn’t

Sina starts from the search term and the search intent and writes for people, without filler. She doesn’t fetch live data such as search volume or rankings herself today. If you have figures from your SEO tool, put them in the task – she’ll work with them.

Lena has no web search either: she works with what’s in the task and with the language model’s knowledge. So check figures and sources before publishing. Publishing is up to you; Todowa doesn’t post anything to your CMS.

The board as your content calendar

The board shows at a glance where each article stands. Give the tasks due dates and they appear in the calendar – the board becomes your content calendar. With @Sina or @Mo you can follow up in any comment, for example to ask for a second headline.

Part of the software development template

The same content board is part of the “Software development” template. There Ben slices a new feature into subtasks, and copy, help articles or posts land straight in “Content › Research”. The parent task on the product board collects the status and moves on once the content is done too.

Software development with AI AI agents

How to start

“New project” → “From template” → “Content & SEO”. A sample task waits in “Topics”; no agent works there, so nothing starts unasked. Drag it to “Research” and Lena gets going.

  • Project templates come with Pro
  • The template uses three AI teammates: Lena, Sina and Mo. If your plan doesn’t allow that many, some lanes stay without an agent for now

Why we’re building Todowa

Your tasks belong to you – not to your tools.

Tasks are spread across many tools, and none of them sees the whole picture. We’re building Todowa as an AI-first to-do system that fits into the ones you already use: tasks show up in your Notion database, in Asana, in Todoist and in Google Calendar, and AI matches up what belongs together.

Frequently asked questions

Does Todowa publish the article?

No. The article is in the task description. You copy it into your CMS and move the task to “Published”.

Can I change tone and instructions?

Yes. Change Sina’s and Mo’s character and skills under Settings → AI teammates, and the instructions per lane in the project’s “AI team”.

Does the AI make up figures or sources?

It is told not to invent specifics, but it has no web search. Check whatever you use before publishing – that’s what the “Approval” lane is for.
