What does the AI do in Todowa?
For new inbox tasks it suggests what it can take over – drafting replies, creating steps, looking things up – and does it with a click (with Pro). AI coworkers work through tasks in their lanes, with your tools via MCP if you like. The AI is Claude by Anthropic or your own endpoint.
Do I have to give up the tools I use today?
No. Todowa is built so you can keep using Asana, Notion, Todoist, Monday.com or Google Tasks. You can also use Todowa on its own, without connecting anything.
How much does Todowa cost?
New accounts start for free, no credit card. The free plan includes: unlimited tasks, up to 20 projects and 5 members, calendar, sync of up to 100 tasks a month and one AI teammate with an AI allowance that can already cover most simple workflows. Todowa Pro costs €6/month or €60/year: unlimited sync, much more time for your AI teammates and project templates with ready-made lanes. For larger AI teams, add the “AI team 5” (€39/month) or “AI team 10” (€79/month) package to Pro, plus AI credit to top up.
Does syncing ever delete anything?
No. Todowa never permanently deletes anything in a connected tool. Deleted tasks are marked as deleted or completed there. Everything the sync did is listed in the sync log.
What happens if the same task is changed in two places?
Todowa decides field by field, and the latest change wins. Change the title in Notion and the due date in Todowa, and both changes are kept.
