The trip board

The template creates a project with five lanes:

  • Ideas – where, with whom, when; “Summer holiday by the sea” is ready as an example
  • Planning – Mira writes the day-by-day itinerary and the budget and adds what needs booking as subtasks
  • Booking – Mira writes a checklist with deadlines and what to look out for
  • Packing list – what needs to come along
  • Done – whatever arrives here is ticked off

You make the bookings

Mira doesn’t book or pay for anything. She doesn’t make up specific prices, times or phone numbers – she names what you need to look up. After the booking checklist the task is back with you, in your inbox.

Events too

No. Mira plans and writes checklists. You book and pay yourself.

How does Mira know prices and opening hours?

She has no web search and doesn’t invent specifics. Whatever needs checking she writes into the checklist as an open item.

Can I plan together with others?

Yes. Share the project to read, comment or edit. People without an account can view and comment on single tasks via a link.
